Because you get to see your ad and decide you're happy with it before you pay, refunds almost never come up. If the sample isn't right for you, you simply don't pay — no cost, no obligation. And since payment only happens once you're happy with the finished ad, every order is considered complete at that point.
Every ad is made to order — built from scratch for one business and delivered as a finished file that's yours to keep and run anywhere. For that reason, we aren't able to offer refunds once an ad has been approved and delivered. The reassuring part is that you're fully protected before any money changes hands: you see the complete ad first, and if it isn't right for you, you can walk away owing nothing.
If there's ever a genuine issue on our end — the wrong file, a download that won't open, or an ad that doesn't match what you approved — just let us know within 7 days and we'll gladly put it right or re-cut it at no charge. The one thing we can't promise is how an ad performs once it's live (clicks, calls, sales): we'll always make it honest and professional, but no one can guarantee results, and we'd never claim to.
