Thierry (“we”) produces short video advertisements on request. A standard order is one 15–30 second video ad, delivered digitally in widescreen and vertical formats, within 3–5 business days of receiving the information we need.
If we produce a sample ad for you before payment, it remains our property until paid for. You owe nothing for a sample you don't use. On payment ($149 per ad unless agreed otherwise in writing), full ownership of the delivered ad transfers to you — unlimited use, any platform, no time limit. Voiceover and music in delivered ads are licensed for your commercial use; that licensing is our responsibility.
One round of changes is included per paid ad. Additional rounds, new formats, or new versions are quoted separately before any work happens.
You confirm you have the right to the business name, logo, images and claims you ask us to include. We won't produce ads containing claims we know to be false, content that infringes others' rights, or regulated claims (medical, legal, financial guarantees) without required substantiation.
Production is AI-assisted with human review. Communication is by email. We are an independent studio; we are not affiliated with Meta, Google, or any platform you run ads on, and we don't guarantee ad performance — no one honestly can.
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or platform decisions (ad rejections, account actions) outside our control.
