Welcome to Thierry AI Automation Services ("Thierry," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, platform, services, and deliverables.

Service Description

We provide AI automation solutions designed for small business operators, including but not limited to automation design, setup, monitoring, and reporting. Our goal is to help you save time and improve operational efficiency by leveraging artificial intelligence tailored to your business workflows.

7-Day Free Trial & Auto-Charge Disclosure

All subscription plans start with a 7-day free trial. You may cancel anytime within the trial period to avoid charges. Unless cancelled, your payment method on file will be automatically charged the applicable monthly fee at the end of the 7-day trial. See plan details for current rates.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@itsthierry.com. Cancellation requests must be received prior to your next billing date to avoid future charges. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, there is no cost.

Payment Terms

Payments for services are collected via Stripe at signup. Your first monthly charge will occur at the end of your free trial. Setup fees, if any, are billed at signup. All payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms or your use of our services is strictly limited to the lesser of the amounts paid by you in the last six (6) months or one thousand dollars ($1,000). In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific results, financial outcomes, or time savings. Results will vary based on your business, operational changes, and other factors outside our control.

AI Outputs Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs are provided for your convenience. You are solely responsible for reviewing all deliverables and ensuring their fitness for your purposes before acting on them. We disclaim liability for any actions taken in reliance on AI outputs.

Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership

You retain ownership of any business-specific deliverables created for you. Thierry AI Services retains ownership of all frameworks, systems, code, and prompts developed prior to and during the engagement which are not custom deliverables.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved by final and binding arbitration in Indiana under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
